The Power of Words

“I’m sorry, please forgive me, I love you, thank you” – this is the so-called Ho’oponopono mantra, a key part of this meditative practice. Repeat it a few times, and you’ll feel the incredible power of words. Ho’oponopono is an ancient Hawaiian technique through which the mind seeks peace and reconciliation, forgiveness, and cleansing of negative influences. The term literally translates to “to correct or improve the cause,” helping you return to your innate sense of harmony and balance. To achieve this, it’s essential to recognize the full responsibility you have for your feelings, thoughts, and actions. Then comes the process of accepting and forgiving yourself because only conscious emotions can lead to lasting change in situations.

🌺 The Hawaiian practice believes that our thoughts shape the reality we live in and can even be a powerful tool for healing serious illnesses. On the other hand, words are largely our verbalized thoughts. That’s why they have the power to transform, build, but also to destroy and punish.

Pay attention to how you talk to yourself in your daily life. What do you say to yourself early in the morning when you wake up? And later during the workday, when you’ve been provoked multiple times by external irritants? Do you speak with words of love and care, or are you often dissatisfied, overly critical, negative, and even desperate? Negative thoughts create a world of low-vibration words and emotions of insecurity, fear, anxiety, anger, etc. How, then, can you expect successful realization and fulfillment of dreams and plans?! I’ll tell you how – with difficulty, slowly, and often without success. I’m sure you’ve thought about this, but as a great Bulgarian writer (Nikolay Haitov) once said: “One thing is to want, another is to be able, and a third and fourth – to do it.” I have good news for you: if you’re reading this text on my page, you’ve already taken the first and hardest step toward awareness and change. Through the Ho’oponopono techniques that I also work with, you’ll quickly and easily realize that the problem always lies within us, not in our surroundings. Thus, change always comes from within first, eventually encompassing our external world as well.

💬 The communication you have with yourself is the key to a fulfilling life, and beautiful words with high vibrational power will set a new direction for successful realization in both personal and professional aspects. Start with the Ho’oponopono mantra today and observe the process. Apologize to yourself for past mistakes, for being too harsh on the child within you. Accept that we are all human and we all make mistakes. Forgive yourself. Love yourself. Be thankful for everything you have. Encourage yourself and praise your efforts and achievements so far (Turns out, they’re not so few, right?!). Even say all these positive words out loud, write them down, repeat them. Today and tomorrow. Repeat them often and draw strength from them. You are the one who has the full freedom to create your reality. Here and now. Through the power of words and through sustainable habit change, and if you want to dive even deeper into the world of meditation and personal development, don’t hesitate to book your first consultation with me.

🌟 I’m looking forward to seeing you.
